Sun roof not working

Hello All,

My sun roof quit working last fall and I am missing it this summer. Both the tilt up and the full open worked sporadically for a few days and then it just quit. I figured it was a loose connection. I didn't worry much about it because it was going into winter and I figured it would be an expensive repair whenever I got it done. But this summer I am missing it. I checked the fuses for it and they are intact but it seems there's not much else I can do besides send it to my volvo shop, unless someone out there has a suggestion.

lock/unlock the car in short period of time (as faster as you can) fo tree times.
Hope this will work.

I tried this from the outside with the Key fob and several times from the inside but none of it worked. thanks for the thought though.
