threw a rod

i have a 2000 s70 and have just thrown a rod anyone got any ideas a company called neco says they will replace the engine with a used one for 4500+ with less than 40000 miles and a3 year warranty the car is otherwise mint with 65000 miles and i only bought it 5 months ago with a 90 day warranty.

there's a wrecker in upstate New York - Eirie I believe, who has a lot of Volvo engines with various miliages for half that kind of money with a warranty. I can't seem to find the website, but another on this forum regularly - MadeinJapan - gave it to me....perhaps send him a personal message. FYI, I just bought a 2.5 LPT with 1800 miles on it from IPD for $2000.00 bucks - mind you, that was a steal, but $4300.00 for a used motor seems a little steep to me.
