Why do we drive Volvos?

I have 1998 VolvoS70 non turbo. It has been wriiten off once. But I rebuilt it. That required new hood, door and fenders, plus some front end drive gear repair. Hit a deer after that, new fender/mirror. Daughter hit pole. New Fender. Most dash lights out.. Front end(control arms, etc replaced.) Heat in seats no longer work. Motor mounts replaced. Exhuast manifold replaced. Wheel bearing. Codes galore. Driver windows switch broke. Now out of serivce due to transmiision repair. Leaks and bad shafts. Only has 210,000 kilo's on it.(130,000 miles). But you know I look forward to getting it back to drive again!

Damn, all that for only 130,000 miles??? I must be lucking out with my '93 then

And I can definitely say that the only reason I drive a volvo is because my dad got his G35 and the 850 got demoted
