I UNDERSTAND THIS CAN BE A CENSOR AM I LEAD TO BELIEVE THIS IS A THROTTLE CENSOR.I HAV BEEN TOLD THIS IS A COMMON FAULT WITH CENSOR IS THIS CORRECT.

Don't think it's your throttle sensor...check your vacuum hoses for leaks and disconnections.
