I have my emissions light on my dash lit and am looking to replace the o2 sensor, however I have no idea whether it's the upstream or downstream one. Any suggestions on how to check?
I was kind of tempted to just replace upstream and hope for the best, but any help would be great.
I guess also, any advise, tips or warnings before I change it? I've replaces o2 sensors before, although my last one only cost 10$ not 110, so maybe a different can or worms.

Don't throw money at anything until you pull the codes. You can use either OBDII under your coin tray or OBDI ports under the hood.
