 While driving my 240, lost power and stoped so I parked it for a couple of days replaced the battery and it would not start, just turn and turn. Checked the distributor which was cracked, replaced it still same results. Changed rotor, pluges and wries, checked all fuses and changed relays (fuel pump), still same results. I do have spark to pluges and they are wet, but will not start, just turns and turns.

For an engine to run it requires fuel and spark ... at the right time. Your post indicates that you are getting fuel and spark, when was the last time you changed your timing belt? could have skipped a few teeth. But there are many things that would contribute to these symptoms, work through a logical diagnosis, just replacing parts gets very expensive.
