AM band notworking on radio ('08), FM works fine, any ideas?

I also have the same problem. FM works fine (although the reception is not as good as in other vhicles) and the AM band has absolutely no reception. Not even static. Any ideas??

Yep, get it to the dealer for a warranty replacement. Just had it done on our 09 S80. He called it an internal ladder reciver fault, or something like that.
