Blower motor wiring

Went out, windows closed no air coming out..

the blower motor is not pushing air out nor coming on...where can i find and electrical manual for i can troubleshoot..

Search "blower motor" or "ECC" - There are tons of posts on this issue.

is there a way to test resistor? i if i jump the resistor ( just the wires to the blower motor) it works..
hmmm..wonder if its fixable internally...

The resistor controls the ground side of the fan. If you test both wires at the fan 1 is ground from the resistor the other is power from the fuse! If you apply a ground to the side that should have ground it will work, which in a way you did by jumping the resistor! Most likely need a resistor! As far as I know not repairable must replace!
