S80 Lock/unlock

Two things.

1. The Central Locking Buttons do not seem to be working correctly. If the doors are locked, push the button, and it keeps them locked.

2. The remote keypads do not work well. Usually, the buttons need to be pushed multiple times in order for it to work. I have replaced the battery and do not believe that it is an issue with the battery.

Any ideas?

I would appreciate help with this one too!

Same problem with my 2000 T-6......very annoying...especially when there passengers are waiting to get in...and constantly tugging at the door when the "click" is heard! Not to mention standing in the parking lot and pushing the button 10x to lock or unlock the car.

I replaced the battery as well and tried the second key fob that has never been used....doesn't seem to help any....

Check with your local dealer for a recall which addresses issues with the remote fobs. Explain the problem and ask about recall campaign #155.
