Re: This guy is amazing

Go for it. Though, if you're going to call it that - I listen to a HUGE variety of music not represented at all here. Sure, I love violin and classic rock. And I'm also a huge country music fan. But there's so much more! Music is one of my real passions in my life - both to play and listen to (I also play guitar a bit) - and I feel like there are a great many songs that can be applied to almost any situation in life.

Just watched the kid with the PVC pipes - AMAZING! And Matt, I too have heard that song recently. 96.1 from Raleigh plays a ton of music between new rock and classic Zeppelin/Boston/Def Leppard all the time. One of the greatest stations I know of, and they don't just do stupid talk shows in the morning either! Blacksburg/Roanoke stations are mostly just terrible.

The TuneIn radio app for the iPhone is one of THE BEST purchases I have made for it. You can listen to streaming radio stations from cities all over the nation.

So, if we're changing the topic to "The Music Thread", I think everyone should post up their all-time favorite song. Here's mine.

I am with you JB. I like a lot of different kinds of music and will listen to just about anything. The only two kinds of music I just can't get into are rap music and country (sorry JB).
