I am needing a battery for this car. I would prefer a dry cell, exide, orbital, etc.
I cant find an application that will fit the car. I am assuming it's because it's in the trunk and the ventilation is different.
Anyone have any experience with replacing the battery with an aftermarket version? If not how much should I expect to pay for a OEM replacement?
Thanks guys!

Wal-mart has an external vent lead-acid that is less than $100. I got one there a few weeks ago.
They are Johnson Controls (interstate) batteries and have a 3 year free replacement warranty.

Thanks Jimmy!
Which model did you pick up from Walmart? From what I understand they don't carry the group size 48 batteries anymore. Did you get the 47?
Also, does anyone know other group sizes that will fit in place of the group size 48, S80 OEM

Great, I'll check it out.
Looks like I can use group size 47-48-49! Should be easy to find one.
Cheers!
