Trouble Codes!!! Got a couple of new ones I need help with,
PO133 , O2 Sensor Slow Response (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
PO103 MAF or VAF A circuit HIGH IMPUT .
I just replaced a month ago my spark plugs and wires, and today for the first time it stalled while idling and shut off and was lacking power at take off. When restarted (which it did ) it felt sluggish at take of, had to keep one foot on the gas to up the rpms so it would not shut off again.
Went to get the computer read and vuala....two unknown codes are there. If any one knows the location of O2 sensor BANK 1
Sensor 1, along with the location and what MAF or VAF means, this would help me .Instructions and pictures are always welcomed. We depend on Volvo power in my household.

The O2 sensor 1 is the sensor before the cat! MAF is up by the air box 5 or 4 wire connector.

cat = catalytic converter. A device created by those car-hating tree huggers
The O2 sensor looks like a spark plug and is sticking out of the cat. If you stick your head under the drivers door, you'll probably see it just past the flex hose.
For the MAF, it’s the device mounted just after the air filter with a quick connector coming out of it. It’s a very thin & very fragile wire. You can pick up a can of MAF cleaner (use nothing else!) and spray it down. If it’s bad and needs to be replaced, do not go for a cheap one – Volvo’s are picky about a few things – MAF, spark plugs, and O2 sensors come to mind…
