Power steering leak

I have a 1990 760 turbo with 320,000 miles, and the power steering fluid is leaking. I think the return hose may need replacing. Is this a common problem and is it difficult to replace?

If its just the return line its easy to change, but remember to work with the engine cold..and drain all the air from the line please review this link, if you have to complete repair the rack, it can help you a lot..
