740 trim molding installation

hello friends

I need to re-attach the driver side door trim molding but i am missing those little black clips or trim holders i don't know what they are called. I

Is there any way I can find them and purchase or do I have to buy the whole trim which I already have?

What year 740? Clips for a 91 740 door trim are part number 3518274.
