Hello! I have an 04 XC 90 T6 AWD with almost 80,000 miles. The Volvo dealer read the code P2131 .....Brake pedal postion sensor. We purchased the part and my husband along with a mechanic friend, put it in ( on the brake housing/booster). The code was cleared. On the way home, he turned off the car (to put gas in) and when he turned the car back on, the light came back on. Took the car back to our friend and it reads the same code. I have noticed lately it is harder to get the car out of park. Help!! Even our friend (who is a mechanic) is puzzeled. Thanks!!
