R manifold upgrade

R manifold upgrade

I'm considering upgrading to an R exhaust manifold for my 98 v70 t5. Would like to find any performance increase I can expect and also find out if I should be considering any other upgrades to make the change "go off without a hitch." As always, I'm thankful for any input.

Go to IPD site or volvo bricks to get more info.
You must upgrade some more things, CBV, HD TCV, exhaust system upgrades...stage I, or II.
