Driver seat plastic trim

Seeking advise on how to remove the rear plastic rail covers at the bottom of the driver seat where bolts to the floor. Is there a trick on how to slide it out without forcing it? Looks like it would break if pulled out hard. There must be a tab somewhere that is locking it in place.

Pulls out....straight back.,may need to wiggle side to side a little.
