Help locate 12 volt cable at radio harness

Hello,

I am trying to connect an ipod interface cable (Blitzsafe) behind my Volvo radio (1998 V70 XC, radio model 816?) and I am trying to locate the cable going into the radio harness which has a constant 12V power. I will tap into that cable to power the interface.

I dont have a voltmeter and I dont want to disconnect the cables (cant remember radio code). Does anyone know which colored wire I should tap into? Thanks!

I tapped into a brown wire that had a purple and yellow stipe on it. Ground was a screw on the radio's harness. Use a VOM meter by pushing the red end into that wire and the black wire on a harness screw and see if you get 12V before doing surgery. I highly recommend wire taps you can buy at radio shack rather than cutting any wire.
