I know the VIN tag and the 4-digit ICC number.
I can certainly tell the difference between black, gray, My question, however is this:
I presume the dual colors refers to the basic color and the trim, so arena/oak would suggest that arena is the fabric color and oak is the wood trim, no?
They list sand/beige as one combo and arena/oak as another (among others, I know).
Aren't the sand and the arena almost the exact same color? I mean why two shades of off-white? I want to get some parts and I know there are two variants but everyone (on Ebay etc) lists them as tan/beige/cream/white/etc without the number.
My 05's off-white was very different from my 01's off-white I remember.
Can anyone shed some light on this, please?

Any wood or aluminum trim is not listed in the trim codes. The onlt way to know is from the Monroney label or the original Volvo warranty sheet
(However, Volvo is purging Gen 1s out of their system on a daily basis)
Oal/Arena is a weird name but basically it's OAK which is darker than Light Sand
In the early cars Oak(Arena) is two toned, light Sand is single toned and Taupe is darker than the other two but also a single color
