WANTED: Engine 2.9L S80 (Non-turbo)

WANTED: 1999 (or compatible year) S80 2.9L non-turbo engine

I have a 1999 S80 2.9L non-turbo engine with a fist-sized hole through the side of the block. I am looking for any year engine that is compatible with this car. I will buy a short block, a long block or a complete engine. I prefer a complete running engine.

Mileage is not a big factor for me BUT I do ask that the engine:
- Have NO mechanical problems
- Has correct oil pressure through entire RPM range
- Does NOT smoke (during start-up, running or deceleration)
- Does NOT overheat
- Has not sat for years and years without running

As well, I'll let you know that I'm the kind of guy that WILL still buy something that needs work or is not perfect so long as YOU'RE the kind of guy that is honest and up front with me about what it is exactly that needs to be fixed.
