Alternator/battery charging system. You should see AT LEAST 13.4V at idle, around 14 with no load on it and the engine around 2000 RPM. Anything less, either your alternator is down on voltage or the battery cables are becoming very resistive and not letting enough current through (this is a common problem with these models).

Random misfire even with good spark plugs and ignition coils will generally lead to two other possibilities : Bad fuel ignition system (doubtful since there are o2 errors which mean there are fuel getting past the engine and into the catalytic converter) or bad power system (alternator/battery and main wiring like the positive and ground cables).
2000 V70 XC SE with 150,000 miles, still going great !

Update-
Thank you for all of the support. I removed and cleaned all the grounds to the engine. Retaped all coil wires. left battery disconnected overnight. Cranked car up this morning and same codes reappeared.

I checked the alternator- 13.5 with a/c on, bright lights on.
It seems as if the engine is shaking like a misfire but without those codes present.
Any suggestions on where to go from here? Thanks again for all the help. Lance
