where are the spark plugs?

Post by steven »

I just purchased a 2002 S60. Want to change the spark plugs, but can't find them on the engine? Where are they? Many thanks.

You''ll find them under the engine cover....as long as it's not a diesel!

That's what I thought, but saw these odd flat rectangular fancy things with wire connectors attached bolted on top of what must the the spark plugs. Was scared to mess with them. Having driven an '86 corolla since '86, I guess I am just not used to modern tech.

Sorry, I must say I've never removed the engine cover on the S60...just assumed they would be clearly visible.

what you describe is a diesel set-up? with the pre-heats. Sorry to labour the point but can you confirm it's non-diesel.

I can't think what the fancy flat things are for...weird!

gone ar ethe days where we could service our own cars!
