Sorry...realized more questions: 2001 S40- about 150K... I did an oil trap,etc. on my 95 850 because it was blowing oil out the dipstick. There was a nice tutorial. Can the same be done for the S40? I don't see those kits/ parts offered anywhere. Any ideas? Tutorials? I would like to keep this car for a long time.

IPD USA has a kit. Just be sure to order the right one, there are two different types. The Process is just as easy/very similar.
