rough idle XC90 2006

Hey guys,

My wifes XC90 has been idleing a little rough lateley. The check engine light came on and I cleaned the MAF sensor and it went away. However, the rough idle came back a week or so later. It mainly does it when you start up the car and if it sits for a little bit. One I thing I also noticed is that the tachometer is not flucuating when you hear the engine go up and down. It is especially noticeable when it's cold out, thankfully we live in Dallas not Denver.

The plugs are new this year and have less than 20,000 miles on them. The car does have 100,000 miles on it.

Any suggestions on why this is happening?

I'm not sure if this is related or not but I noticed the other day that the intercooler hose is sweating like crazy. No holes but it is really damp.
