Which ATF?

My 2001 S40 needs a fluid change. I read many posts, and it appears that the choices are: Volvo ATF, Mobil 3309, Penzoil Mexron3/ Mercon and Toyota IV.
I also see Mobil 1 Synth mentioned. WHAT DO I GET? My tranny is slipping...needs full change of fluid- 125,000miles, never changed.
Please give me the ONE product to use. I want to get this done asap. Thanks.

In my opinion- this is by far the best performing I have used not only in shift quality but longevity of fluid and trans.
