Clicking sound rear right wheel
I changed the pads in the back, as well as pads and rotors up front, and now there's a clicking noise in the back. Any idea as to what this might be and what I can look out for?

Well that was a leap I didn't think of.
If the noise started after you changed the pads you should be looking at these first. Does the noise speed up as you accelerate? Have you a high spot on one of the discs (rotors)? If so the new pad will click every time it passes over it until it wears to that shape.
Bill.
