There are two axles, one for each side. You can either replace the boot, or the entire passenger (right) side axle.

To replace the boot there is fantastic advice on this site from a cn90 tutorial. He'll probably post if he hasn't already while I am writing this :)

I personally would replace the axle, but it is your call. Axles you can buy cheap (~$85 at fcp) new replacements that work some of the time, the new EMPI axle which is supposedly better (~$116 at fcp) or you can spend about $180 and get a perfect rebuilt Volvo axle with forever guarantee from raxles.com. I went the latter route on both axles for my car, the guy there is named Marty you can call him.

The other part you need is one axle seal, get OEM http://www.fcpgroton.com/product-exec/p ... ory_id/103

If CV joint still good (no clicking during turn). Keep the axle.
Just renew the boot.

If the CV Joint is gone, then your best bet is raxles dot com (warranted for life).
Duralast is hit-and-miss, it may be a rebuilt Volvo one, it may be some Chinese knock-off.

Just did my driver's side axle. Went to CarQuest and got a reman for $75 (with core swap). See this WorldPac axle post.

No problems. Runs smooth as silk.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

I am not gonna just do the boot. Because i have to still drive this around and by the time i fix it, it will probably be ticking.

I wouldn't get that new fcp axle you listed. If you are not wanting to spend up for raxles.com, get the EMPI from fcp.

You need two parts, an axle and a seal. Some people don't replace the seal if it isn't leaking, but I would replace it. Just be careful putting it in, be sure to read up on how to do this job. It is a pretty easy one.

axle http://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-c ... ront-right
seal http://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-a ... al-6843112

The WorldPac may be fine, I do not have an informed opinion on that one.

I agree with Eric, I bought an EMPI about 82K ago and no problems. I put an auto zone axle in the left side and got 22K and it started burbling. Auto Zone offered to warranty it, but i insisted on store credit (oil and such) just bought another EMPI.

By the way, I used Euro15 in the discount code and got 15% off with free shipping! That was about 6 weeks ago, so i'm not sure it still works....but worth a try!
