Volvo 242DL 1984 Air Cond Re-charge

Hi All,

I'm wanting to recharge the air cond on my 1984 Volvo DL.
The air is barely cool and I am going to use some spare cans of R12 I have.

Is any one familiar with the procedure and also the location of the input valve?

Any help greatly appreciated.
It would be great to see some photos. I have searched everywhere to no avail.
