Replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator recently on my 2003 V40. Just above the FPR is a fuel line with a quick release button. A small plastic clip should be inside the quick release housing, barely visible to the eye. I have done lots of research online, checked VADIS, etc., but have been unable to identify the bluish-green plastic clip circled in the pictures below. When the clip is attached to the line properly, the fuel line stays firmly in place. When the clip is not attached properly, the line has freedom to move up and down, about 1/2 inch from where it should be. I think this is having an impact on my fuel consumption. Any ideas?

The fuel line pictured above winds all the way back to the firewall. I tried asking the parts department at my local dealer for help identifying the part. The most they would tell me is that I'll likely have to order the whole line. If nothing else, I've narrowed it down to replacing the line versus the clip itself. Their best guess without looking was part 24 (30630627). I'm hoping someone will take a look at this diagram to verify the part. I can tell that their suggestion was wrong. I'm thinking it might be part 19 (30681549). The thing I am second guessing is that the diagram does not show the part connecting to the Fuel Pressure Regulator.
