Which is the best variant in the 2.3 series of engines ? I know they all come from the 850/C70/V70 series turbocharged cars

Depends on what you're doing with them I suppose. Are you looking to race, daily driver, travel, haul, longevity, ease of maintenance, availability of parts, etc? I spent about 5 minutes looking them up and found lots of info. Just google each engine code.
