Things to check before buying a used S80

Later today I plan to test drive a 2000 S8 2.9. The seller is asking only about half the private party blue book value. He says it runs great, he's never had any problems, and the title is clean. It has less than 130k miles on it. I doubt I can find a mechanic to take a look at it on New Year's Eve, so what should I look for when evaluating its condition? Are there particular things more likely to be a problem on a 2000 S80 than other makes/models?

Transmission fluid, repair documentation, push every button and flip every switch.
Drive it and really test the brakes and acceleration.
