WANTED: MT 240 Wagon

I'm in the market for a manual transmission 245 wagon in fair condition. Cosmetics/color/mileage are not too important. I just want one that can be reliable and may only need some minor fixes/upgrades.

Located in NC so anywhere on the east coast is ideal but I can travel or check on shipping, or maybe I'll pay you to bring it to me! If you have one that needs some work, let me know about it anyway. Worst I can say is that it's more work than I'm interested in.

Yeah it's starting to seem like the people who have them want to hold onto them. I just really want a MT so that in a few years I can swap the motor and tranny into my 122 and move from the 240 to a newer wagon.
