87 740 turbo won't start

When I go out to start my car, it turns over and acts like it is not getting any gas. You can't smell it in the exhaust or under the hood. I know it has gas in the tank and a new battery. 1987 Volvo 740 Turbo.

Check your plugs & wires. If you just put in a new battery, were the terminal screws tightened enough?

I'm getting fire, but no gas. Is there anyway to bypass the fuel pump? Is there a relay? Fuse is good for fuel pump.
