anyone ever actually talked to a person @ MyVolvoPartsOnline
I tried ordering a part on there about two weeks ago. Site crashed on the checkout screen. I recieved a "welcome" email and the amount went through my checking acct. Still, wasn't sure so I've been trying to call almost daily and all I get is some stupid recording about helping others and no voice mail. WTH!?! I don't expect top notch customer service but can you answer the phone sometimes. Can anyone verify this is an actual company at this point and not some sham? About to call my bank and reverse the charges..... just very frustrated.

Crash,
I just emailed my contact there, Mark, about your problem with your order. I'll get back to you if/when I hear from him, or he will.

They got back to me very quickly and sorted out the issue. Apparently their site went down with an unscheduled maintenance and my order got lost in the deep space of the internet. Then, I guess they just got swamped with questions and calls because of the outage. Bad luck on both sides I guess, but seemed like good guys and I finally got my part quickly and back in the ole girl.
