Would anyone be kind enough to provide an accurate formula to convert wheel horsepower to crank hp... And... The reverse, crank hp to wheel hp??

As far as I know there's no exact formula for this, just because every car has a different amount of power loss on the way from the crank to the wheels. There's a calculater here that gives rough estimates;
