I'm considering converting my 760 from a V6 petrol to a TDi but need to know what mpg I can expect if I go this route.

Charlotte:
I just happened to read your post about how to boost the power output of your existing V6. Should you go through with the diesel engine conversion, you will find the performance of the diesel less satisfying than your existing V6.
I have heard that the V6 is not a very good engine. If you really want to insist on an engine swap, I would recommend installing a 2.3 four cylinder gasoline, either normally aspirated or turbo charged. These are a much better choice than a diesel.
