I have put the dyed coolant in but I cannot see the leak! Mechanic says I need a black light and glasses. I never heard of this. Also, I s there a kit to replace the "O" rings or a tune up kit?

Yes, the dye is by black light. You'll need them to see up in the crevices of the A/C system from under the car....glasses? Only if you need them. Not sure of a kit. I'd be almost certain it's the dreaded evaporator leak if you're having to add dye and it's not holding a gas charge.
