Oil in Coolant

1998 V90 started hesitating last week. So I went to check the plugs. When I pulled the #4 and #6 coils there was oil on top of the Spark Plugs.
There is also oil in the coolant.
Several weeks ago I noticed coolant leaking in my driveway but never could find the leak. I added more coolant and after several days it quit.

My guess is blown head gasket. Any other ideas.
