Do either of the down-pipes have the bung for the SAS that the 98's have?

Nope, i left mine hanging around the turbo for about 3 months before finally doing SAS delete. You can have one put in by an exhaust shop. also, make sure to get a plug for the rear o2, again, i duct taped mine to the subframe. No problems yet.

No but you can always have an exhaust shop weld one on not expensive to have done just mark where it needs to go and bring it to them. They should have bungs in stock.
