Diagnostic won't print

I found Bill of Durham's write-up entitled "How to use the on board diagnostic (OBD) unit". When I tried to print, almost half of the
first page printed and stopped. I tried again and the same thing happened. On the third try, I got a message the "the document cannot be printed", then the same partial page printed again.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Is this document intended for printing?

I'm sorry to read you are having problems with this. It is meant to print out and I have just done so, printing out all 9 pages.

Which .pdf reader do you use?
