Down-tuning a 2001 T4

Hi Guys,

I have a 2001 S40 T4 that I would like a rep. of mine to drive. I do however think it might be a bit powerful, especially when he is driving around the country and I am not there to check up on him.
Can I do something to down-tune this car? Make it less powerful?
