2000 S80 T6 OBDII Codes... P1332, P0756, P1618

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

P.S. My father put the plugs in while I was at school, not too sure if he gapped them since they were most likely not pre gapped (Bought from Lordco) Could not gapping the plugs cause a miss in cylinder 2? so far its just cylinder 2 that is missing, planning on pulling the plugs out tomorrow to make sure they are gapped properly and also check to make sure the coil isnt bad

Did the transmission and CVVT codes go away and not return?

Yes I cleared the codes before the plugs went in and the CVVT code and shft solenoid code are no longer coming up. Then again I have only driven it for about 12 KM since then so who knows. Still plan on taking it to get the tranny pan dropped and a fresh oil change in it, hopefully the coil on #2 isnt bad and I just have a plug or something isnt sitting right.

You are likely to get the CVVT code back but perhaps not...
I had the CVVT code ECM-644a which I believe is Volvo equivalent of P1332. I cleaned the connector and it seemed to fix the problem but eventually I had to change the CVVT reset valve. Easy to do. Just have to be careful about the new connector which comes with the new valve. I bought my valve from autopartsway.ca but you should shop around for best pricing if you find you need to replace it. My mileage has actually gone up from 22.7 mpusgal to 23.4 mpusgal and I believe it is due to the new CVVT valve...

Changed #2 coil and engine runs smooth now, got the transmission flushed and it is shifting pretty nicely other then 2-3 I believe, there is some hesitation in which gear it wasnt to go to, The CVVT code came back (P1332 Volvo Code) and the P1618 Fault in lead between 50-52 and motronic 4.3mil requester also a Volvo code, coult this just be the wiring going to the CVVT?

P1618 is most likely a comms issue between transmission and motor control units. Possibly due to a fault in either.
P1332 look into the causes I posted earlier in this thread for some places to start.
'04 XC90 2.5T AWD (Angus) 134K.
'99 S80 T6 (Medusa) 214k. On borrowed time LOL
'98 V70 T5 (Vivienne). RIP @ 228K. Spun rod bearings.

There is updated software for the transmission that should be downloaded to the vehicle. It may or may not (don't get your hopes up) fix your P1618 code, whatever that code actually is. Your car does not have an AW50-52 transmission(it has a GM 4 speed) and does not use Motronic 4.3 for the engine/fuel system. Whatever is telling you that is wrong. I don't know what that code directly translates to in Volvo fault code speak... Have a local independent Volvo specialist read the fault codes using VIDA and possibly have them update the TCM software(you will want to do it eventually regardless, if you keep the car).

Needing the transmission rebuilt is a definite possibility, but replace the VVT solenoid, check/clear codes through a shop that can use VIDA(Volvo's diagnostic software) and update the TCM software before going any further.
