Hi im a new boy on the block at 70 yrs old ive got a 1998 v70 awd 2.4 estate how easy is it to replace fuel sender unite my fuel gauge comes down to 5gal but infact is in empty iassume it is gauge thankyou p

Looks to be pretty straightforward. The panel under the luggage compartment floor. I used an oil filter wrench to grip the cap for the fuel filter/sensor. I think there is a write up for the 850 here, and it looks to be the same on the V70. The difference is if you have to drop the tank. Don't break the connectors.
