i don't know what a fair offer is, give me a price. will they bolt on my t5. does the bolt go through the decomposing black plastic trim?

Yes they will fit ANY P2 wagon (2001-2007) WITHOUT Euro rails, as in the picture.
No, it does not touch the trim, it clamps over it
$100 will work
