After all these years, the Volvo P80 family is still easy on the eyes. The look has aged well because it was shaped with excellent proportions, IMHO.

Having a well maintained car like yours certainly doesn't hurt either. Thanks for the pics.

When I was a kid I would take my plastic models and use my dad's butane torch and heat the models and draw the ends into different more pointed shapes. Why didn't I become a high paid car designer? The evolution of the 850 into the current crop of Volvos doesn't look like it is far from my juvenile delinquent exercises with the torch.

I used to draw cars, and like you, Jimmy, wonder why I didn't end up in the automotive world. (Wait, I did :D. But not as a designer.)
