Cylinder missfire

I need help I have a 99 s80 t6 and it has a missfire in cylinder 3. I already changed the plugs switched the coils and the injectors and it still has a missfire in cylinder 3. It still starts fine it just throws a code and the engine shakes at idle. Any help

Possibly something a bit deeper, like a leaking intake manifold gasket, leaking head gasket, or valve problem. Next step is probably a compression check.

I took the took the intake manifold off and there was a little milky stuff on the valves in cylinder 3 I'm guessing water in oil. What could that be

Did you check the other cylinders also? If so, ?
