replacing belts

I purchased my 87 760 turbo about 6 months ago it been sitting of and on for about 5 or 6 years.I want to replace all 3 belts one mechanic wanted $110.00 another wanted $30.00. Is replacing those belts very hard or complicated. Where would you buy them from

The attached is from my old, but trusty, Haynes manual. The job is reasonably easy. Your set up will have the positive tensioner.
