Errors and Relay Replacement Costs

I have a 2004 XC90. All of a sudden I had 2 error "service required" messages.
1 - Anti - Skid
2 - Parking Assist
How long would it take a trained certified Volvo repair professional with the proper equipment to diagnose that it was a bad relay (Please be as precise as possible) & add what steps might be taken during that diagnostic process/time-frame? What would you anticipate the total cost of repair to be, please detail, parts vs labor.

I just recently had the exact same scenario on my 2005 XC90 V8. Did you ever determine the cause of the problem?? I'm assuming it is something electrical to have both warnings come on simultaneously. Thanks for any help!
