1991 Volvo 240 ignition (electronics)

I'm attempting to replace the ignition electronics on my 1991 240 Volvo. I have removed all of the panels and can feel and see the electronics module. However, I am having a hard time getting to the two screws that hold it in. Is there an easy way to remove it? The dealer told me it takes about an hour..
