1992 940 GL (broken horn)

The horn on my 92 940 GL has stopped working. I have ruled out the fuse unfortunately. I assume I will need to remove the airbag to get at the horn itself. Will this be an expensive/ difficult repair? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
